About CARV

Built inBakersfield.

CARV Traffic Control was started in 2025 by people who have stood in the lane. We know what a bad plan costs a contractor, what an inspector looks for, and what a driver needs to see at 45 mph.

Every job gets a certified lead, current equipment, and a plan that survives the red pen. We work for general contractors, utilities, cities and Caltrans partners across Kern County, and we travel.
